Commissions may be used as an example for my website in the future, and/or progress may be streamed on Twitch. Please communicate beforehand that you would like to opt out of this or keep your commission private.

I hold the right to refuse an order if I do not agree with its contents or if I deem it is not suitable for me.

Commissions are delivered digitally as a png, and I am not held responsible for its loss after delivery.

My signature is present in every commission, this cannot be edited or removed.

I do not allow my art/commissions to be used in any AI image generation technology. If it is found out that you have used my work for this you will be blacklisted.

The commissioner is allowed to ask for revisions during the sketching phase, and minor edits during the final (ex. fixing minor detail, changing color of shirt, etc.)

I send work in progress checks twice. Once during the sketching phase (if revisions are not requested), and once during the final if minor edits are needed.

Commissions with a specific due date can be requested, but this must be discussed before placing an order.

Upfront payment is required before I start any work.

I only accept payments through PayPal ($/USD) invoicing which will require me to input your Paypal email for it to be sent to you.

I only do full payments. I do not do payment plans or 50/50 options.

Tips are never required, but are very appreciated!

Commission delivery time can take between 2 weeks to 2 months depending on complexity and/or my free time as a college student.

Significant delays (1+ week wait without notice after 2 months) will be communicated with the commissioner. You are welcome to inquire about updates at any time during the two months or visit my Trello.

You can check how far along your commission is with my Trello which is updated every few days.

As of the 2nd of June, 2025 (2/6/2025), commissions made by me are not available for commercial use.

If I find that a commission made by me is being used for merchandise, branding or marketing you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

I can cancel and refund a commission via PayPal at any time for any reason.

Refunds without any work started will be in full. Refunds with sketches/lines will be 75%, with color 50% and with shading 25%.

Refunds after the commission was completed are not possible.

You are allowed to request a refund, not a chargeback at any time.

Filing a chargeback without prior discussion of a refund first will get you blacklisted. This also includes cancelling payment without prior discussion.
